Gainesville Author Fair

With Emory Jones at a recent Author Fair at the Hall County (Georgia) Library. Emory is a delightful storyteller, best known for his humor and love of history. He is a renaissance writer in that he crosses several genres with his books, plays, stories, and documentaries. He’s one of Georgia’s funniest men. Satire is his strong suit. He wrote an excellent and very serious historical fiction-based-on-fact novel, The Valley Where They Danced, about the rural Georgia foothills shortly after World War I. Check him out at emoryjones.com.

The Author Fair was an enjoyable event. In addition to selling books, it was a good opportunity to network with about 25 fellow north Georgia writers.
